Shipping-Domestic

Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days (this time includes processing and shipping time) from the date you placed your order for "standard shipping", orders placed after 3pm will go toward the next business day. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to inclement weather. 

Expedited shipping is available for a limited time. Hair ships out within 24hrs of cleared payment. Expected delivery is between 1-3 days business days. Next day delivery is available for a limited time, order must be placed before 12pm(EST) Tracking #'s are issued after all processing is done. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping-International

International shipping is 7-10 business days via DHL. 

Returns

All sales are final. Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of your package.

To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused, items must be in original condition with tags attached, hair can not be cut, colored, brushed, chemically treated, or altered in any way, hair must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds may be issued at the company's discretion, if it is found that the company is at fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
